Be Careful of your Helpers..
I want to offer a word of wisdom to you who are on your way up: be careful who you allow to help you. There will be some opportunities you need to turn down because the people who provide them will want to take credit for your success. Some people love to say, “If it weren’t for me . . .” Some opportunities that come your way may look quick and easy, but they aren’t; they have a hook. Learn to be discriminating about the people you allow to be resources for you. Be wise and courageous enough to accept what you need to accept and reject what you need to reject.By: T.D. Jakes
